Are you to busy to make a change?

So here's the thing. 


I am a VERY busy mom of 2 under 4 years old. I work full time, and I am in the beginning phases of launching my own nutritional coaching business. I feel someday's like I am absolutely CRAZY to be doing so much.


I was always in pretty good shape, I ate pretty good, was fairly active and though my weight would fluctuate here and there I had it under control - 


Until I had children!!!!!


Sound familiar??


I hear you.


After my second child I just couldn't seem to get back to how I used to be - physically. Nothing I used to do worked anymore. I felt frustrated and disappointed. I started to think ... well maybe this is just how I am going to look for the rest of my life?!


Besides, I was TOO busy now anyways right??


I made excuses and honestly, I was ok with taking the time enjoying my maternity leave. I didn't want to stress about losing weight or counting calories.


What got me going, shortly after returning to work last year - was watching my Coach's (Coach JVB) success stories - of people I knew, and didn't know who were making HUGE strides in their body composition through proper nutrition and exercise.


I FINALLY decided to take the plunge and make a commitment to myself.


I will NEVER look back. and ... fitness is always a work in progress. BUT I am happier and the healthiest I have been in years ... maybe even my life!


And yet,


I am also the BUSIEST I have ever been. 


Weird eh?


Life's about making choices, it is about taking action and it's about being happy.


Take the next steps to create a better you, take baby steps and work up to bigger goals. 


But just do it.
